At Zloth Bear, we want you to love every product you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return & refund process.
Returns
- You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Perfumes or personal care products can only be returned if unopened and sealed for hygiene reasons.
- Proof of purchase (order ID / invoice) is required for all return requests.
Exchanges
- Size or style not right? We offer free exchanges on apparel and clothing (subject to availability).
- Perfumes are not eligible for exchange once opened.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, sale/clearance items, and used products cannot be returned or refunded.
- Opened perfume bottles and worn apparel are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@zlothbear.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will share the return shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
Important Notes
- Zloth Bear reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the policy criteria.
- In case of a defective or wrong product received, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
